Mint Workforce is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician for a long-term locum assignment at an onsite employer health clinic located at one of the most recognized destinations on the Las Vegas Strip.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys relationship-based primary care, a manageable patient volume, and a predictable weekday schedule. You will work collaboratively with the onsite advanced practice provider while caring for employees and their families in a well-supported clinical environment.

Assignment Details

Contract Dates: August 3, 2026 through December 23, 2026
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Setting: Onsite employer health and primary care clinic
Patient Volume: Approximately 10 to 12 patients per shift
Patient Population: Ages 2 and older
EMR: Epic

Schedule

• Monday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Tuesday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• 30-minute meal break
• No weekends
• No call
• No overnight or rotating shifts

What You’ll Do

• Provide primary and episodic care to employees and eligible family members
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients ages 2 and older
• Manage common acute and chronic conditions
• Collaborate closely with the onsite advanced practice provider
• Review and support clinical care plans as needed
• Document patient care accurately in Epic
• Promote preventive care, wellness, and continuity of care
• Help maintain a professional, welcoming, and patient-centered clinic environment

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board certified in Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Nevada medical license
• Current DEA registration
• Experience providing primary care across a broad age range
• Comfortable working collaboratively with an advanced practice provider
• Proficiency with electronic medical records; Epic experience strongly preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Must carry your own active malpractice insurance
• Ability to commit to the full assignment schedule
