Key Qualifications:

• Unencumbered RN license
• Demonstrated experience in emergency room (ER) nursing
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond swiftly to emergencies
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS or TNCC preferred
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate and thorough nursing care for patients experiencing trauma, acute illness, or other urgent conditions
• Conduct rapid assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer prescribed medications and therapies

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records according to facility guidelines
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses and post-discharge care
