Notable projects include the iconic Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, Hard Rock Stadium, and Brightline developments.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Facade Superintendent to oversee field operations, ensure quality execution, and lead facade installation activities on-site.

Position Summary

The Facade Superintendent is responsible for managing and supervising all on-site facade installation activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to company quality standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge of curtain wall systems, glazing, aluminum systems, and cladding installations, along with excellent leadership and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily facade installation activities on construction sites
• Manage field crews, subcontractors, and installation teams to maintain productivity and project schedules
• Review and interpret shop drawings, architectural plans, and project specifications
• Ensure proper installation of curtain wall systems, aluminum systems, glass panels, storefronts, and cladding materials
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, general contractors, consultants, and clients
• Monitor manpower allocation and optimize workflow efficiency
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and site inspections
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve field installation issues proactively
• Ensure quality control standards and installation tolerances are met
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and site logistics
• Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and field documentation
• Support project scheduling and assist in meeting project milestones
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in facade, curtain wall, glazing, or cladding installation projects
• Strong understanding of curtain wall systems, waterproofing, anchoring methods, and installation sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and construction documents
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction site safety practices
• Ability to solve field issues efficiently under pressure
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software is a plus

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required (technical or construction-related certification preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facade, glazing, or construction installation work
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a superintendent, foreman, or supervisory role
• Experience working on high-rise, commercial, or large-scale construction projects preferred
