You'll ensure each booking runs smoothly while upholding Destination Knot's commitment to exceptional service. Responsibilities Understand client needs and travel preferences Provide hotel recommendations and confirm reservations Manage booking changes and follow-up communication Keep detailed, accurate client records Requirements Organized and dependable Comfortable with digital tools and remote communication Friendly, professional demeanor Willingness to learn the travel booking process Why Join Us: Collaborative remote environment Hands-on guidance and self-paced training Access to industry partnerships and hotel programs $35,000 - $65,000 a year We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
