Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a dynamic technology and communications location, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $26.92 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Monitor lobby and reception areas, greet visitors, verify identification and/or access credentials, and direct guests, employees, and vendors according to site policies. Answer phones, manage sign-in records, issue temporary badges or visitor passes, and report unusual activity, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner. Support access control functions for a professional office environment by helping to deter unauthorized entry, observing entry points, and following escalation procedures for security-related issues. Respond to incidents and critical situations with professionalism, document events clearly, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet, which is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
