Dental Practice Operations Leader

Heartland Dental

Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations in the Poughkeepsie area to serve as a strategic business partner to the Doctor and lead office teams toward outstanding patient care. The PMO will foster learning, teamwork and a patient-first culture across supported offices. The role prioritizes leadership development, performance coaching and alignment with the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven operations philosophy.
