Program ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to assume responsibility for an active program through a structured knowledge transfer from a current resource scheduled for a leave of absence.In this role, you will quickly develop an understanding of the program's scope, stakeholders, workstreams, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments. You will maintain continuity across the program, coordinate multiple project teams, and provide clear reporting to business and executive leadership. The ideal candidate has experience leading complex enterprise programs and can step into an established environment with minimal disruption.What You'll DoComplete a structured knowledge transfer covering program objectives, scope, governance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder commitmentsAssume ownership of the overall program plan and maintain continuity throughout the current resource's leave of absenceCoordinate execution across multiple projects, workstreams, functional teams, and business stakeholdersEstablish and maintain program governance, meeting cadences, decision-making processes, and escalation proceduresTrack milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, budgets, and action itemsIdentify potential delivery challenges and develop practical mitigation or recovery plansPartner with business and technology leaders to align program priorities with organizational objectivesPrepare executive status reports, steering committee materials, program roadmaps, and decision documentsFacilitate program meetings and ensure decisions, responsibilities, and next steps are clearly documentedMaintain complete and current program documentation to support execution and continuityEnsure program deliverables meet established quality standards, timelines, and business expectationsWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field8+ years of project and program management experienceExperience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise programs with multiple workstreamsDemonstrated ability to take over an active program and quickly establish command of its scope, stakeholders, and delivery requirementsStrong program governance, integrated planning, dependency management, and risk management skillsExperience managing budgets, resources, timelines, and competing prioritiesStrong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to identify delivery risks and drive decisions or corrective actionsProficiency with project and program management platforms and reporting toolsAbility to work onsite in Milwaukee three days per weekBonus Points If You HavePgMP certificationPMP certificationExperience supporting programs within an industrial, manufacturing, energy, engineering, or related environmentExperience providing interim program leadership or covering an established program during a leadership transitionExperience working with executive steering committees and senior business leadersExperience managing large-scale transformation, technology, or operational improvement programsTCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
