Operations Manager

A great UHY client is seeking an Operation Manager to lead and scale operational performance within a growing light industrial staffing organization. This role will oversee multi-site operations, drive branch expansion, and partner closely with executive leadership while serving as a highly visible contributor across the organization. The Operations Manager role is a fully onsite position based in Columbus, OH. Operations Manager Responsibilities Lead and oversee operations across multiple staffing locations, ensuring consistency and performance Drive branch startup and expansion initiatives, including new market launches Manage workforce fulfillment, forecasting, and operational execution across sites Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact Partner with business development teams to support growth and client delivery Establish and enforce operational processes, KPIs, and accountability measures Develop, mentor, and lead high-performing operational teams Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability Travel extensively to support branch launches and ongoing operational needs Operations Manager Requirements Extensive experience within the light industrial staffing industry required Proven experience launching new branches or startup operations Experience managing multiple locations with full operational oversight Strong client-facing experience with relationship-building skills Demonstrated leadership experience at a senior or executive level Ability and willingness to travel extensively #J-18808-Ljbffr
