Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager to lead how clients secure their Google Cloud Platform (GCP) cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) estates across large-scale transformation initiatives. This role advises executive stakeholders on cloud and AI security strategy and architecture, leads teams delivering complex technical programs, and supports practice growth through sales, account expansion, and marketplace eminence. Includes security architecture, secure development and deployment, end-to-end cyber cloud capabilities, application security, and security for emerging technologies and connected products.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, technology strategy, or management consulting5+ years of experience securing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments, including cloud security architecture and control design6+ years of experience leading cloud security, security architecture, or cyber risk programs4+ years of experience managing teams and delivering workstreams in a client-service environment, including experience leading technical security proposals and growing client accountsExperience with Google Cloud-native security services, including Security Command Center, Identity and Access Management, Organization Policy Service, Cloud Key Management Service, Google Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Data Loss Prevention, and artificial intelligence or machine learning security workloads; and experience developing enterprise cloud security strategy, roadmap, operating model, business case, or target-state architectureAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred:Master’s degree in Business Administration, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or EngineeringExperience securing generative artificial intelligence and agentic workloads on Google Cloud Platform services, including Gemini AI, Gemini Enterprise, Model Garden, or Model ArmorExperience leading large-scale transformation programs in a consulting or Big 4 environmentExperience authoring whitepapers or points of view and leading or speaking at industry security conferencesExperience with Google Cloud Organization Policy Service or policy-as-code at enterprise scaleIndustry certifications such as Google Cloud Professional certifications, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), or Project Management Professional (PMP)The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $163,400 to $322,100.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
