We are currently seeking experienced Aerial Linemen for multiple openings in our dynamic construction team. This is a unique opportunity for those who have a passion for working at heights and a dedication to ensuring the seamless functioning of telecommunications infrastructure. The Aerial Lineman will play an integral role in installing, maintaining, and repairing aerial cables for our diverse clientele. This position requires a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork, along with an ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and exciting environment.

Responsibilities

As an Aerial Lineman, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Installing and maintaining aerial cables and related hardware, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
2. Operating aerial lift equipment to access telecommunications lines and equipment.
3. Utilizing knowledge of Aerial OSP engineering to effectively plan and execute projects.
4. Performing pole installations, replacements, and maintenance tasks as required.
5. Stringing and lashing cables, and installing anchors as per project specifications.
6. Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
7. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure project timelines are met.
8. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to aerial cable systems.
9. Conducting regular inspections of cables and equipment to identify and fix potential problems.
10. Participating in training and development opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Aerial Lineman position, you must possess the following:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Aerial Lineman in the construction or telecommunications industry.
2. A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
3. Experience with aerial cable installation, maintenance, and repair.
4. Proficient in operating aerial lifts and other related equipment.
5. Knowledge of Aerial OSP engineering and pole installations.
6. Familiarity with stringing and lashing cables, and installing anchors.
7. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
10. Commitment to safety and quality.
11. Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
