Role : Java Technical Program Manager
Location: Fountain Valley, CA (onsite)

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, working closely with them in person to understand needs, manage expectations, and build trust.
- Project Coordination & SDLC Management: Navigate the SDLC using tools like JIRA and Confluence to keep track of priorities, documentation, and timelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Deliver confident, clear, and strategic updates to senior leadership and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Priority Juggling: Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing sight of the bigger strategic picture.
Key Characteristics & Qualifications
Communication & Presence
- Executive Presence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Onsite Collaboration: Ability to work onsite at least 2–3 days a week to maintain a strong physical presence with the client and internal teams.
Technical & Process Familiarity
- SDLC Exposure: Solid foundational knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating and managing workflows in JIRA and Confluence .
Mindset & Strategic Capability
- Quick & Sharp: A proven track record of working efficiently in fast-paced environments and managing multiple competing priorities.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand high-level strategic goals and confidently articulate them to senior stakeholders.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Automotive Industry Experience: Prior experience within the automotive sector (in any capacity, not strictly telematics) is a major plus.
