LOT ATTENDANT

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for taking pre/post recon photographs of vehicles as defined by image standards for all auction platforms including Edge Pipeline, Simulcast, OVE, Smart Auction, Open lane, etc. The Vehicle Photographer will include responsibility for Photo Booth processing on the location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Capture and process electronic images of vehicles

? Upload all pictures associated with electronic condition reports (ECR) and verify the quality and accuracy of each image

? Re-image or request re-imaging of any substandard images

? Process vehicles through the Photo Booth following available standard operating procedures (SOPs) if location is so equipped

? Visibly demonstrates safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such

? Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safe T. Sam and AAAKC safety policies

? Responsible for wearing and using the proper safety equipment

? Responsible for maintaining a high standard of quality

? Contributes to and encourages others to demonstrate a team focused, values based service culture throughout the company.

? Contributes to effective operations by providing support where and when needed on sale/customer promotion dates

? Maintains confidentiality of all records regarding customer and or employee information

? Others duties/responsibilities as assigned to assure efficient office operations

? Follow all established safety guidelines consistently

Requirements

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED preferred

Language Skills

Requires the ability to communicate verbally and in written format accurately in English. Position requires ability to read and comprehend written work orders. Position requires the ability to communicate respectfully and positively with KCI staff, management, and customers.

Reasoning Ability

Position requires the use of common sense understanding to carry out verbal and written instructions

Position requires the use of common sense and established safety guidelines when operating shop equipment, shop tools, chemicals and motor vehicles

Performing the duties of this job requires the ability to assess the vehicle and determine if all steps are required

Licenses/Certifications

Valid driver's license

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

? Requires the ability to use Photo Booth and Picture taking device

? Performing the duties of this job requires walking, sitting, standing, crouching, kneeling, and bending on a daily basis and frequently for extended periods of time

? Performing the duties of this job requires the use of hands for reaching, handling, fingering and feeling on a daily basis

? Performing the duties of this job occasionally required the lifting and moving of up to 50 pounds

? Performing the duties of this job requires close/distant vision and the ability to adjust focus and depth perception.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

? The noise level is medium to heavy

? The physical exertion is medium to heavy

? Work is performed in a workshop setting with frequent exposure to all types of weather conditions.

? Work is performed in close proximity to moving vehicles
