Registered Nurse - CVOR

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR). The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients. The role includes performing heart surgeries and other surgical procedures as scheduled. The nurse will participate in extensive call duties. Call can be shared between two nurses who are comfortable managing heart cases independently. Candidates must have experience with a variety of surgical procedures, including CABG and valve surgeries. Additional experience with trauma cases, if applicable, is a plus. Daily census in the unit ranges from 1-2 cases per day or fewer. Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential for patient care. Candidates should be adaptable and prepared to handle emergencies effectively. Flu vaccine is required with exemptions available for medical or religious reasons.
