Centric Brands reflects a team built on respect, for others and for the hard work it takes to achieve our goals and build our bright future together.Specific Responsibilities Would IncludeResponsibilities:Support all financial reporting, including weekly/monthly and quarterly internal/external reporting for Centric Brands; Consolidate divisional data/information and present total company P&LAssist with board & executive level reporting and presentation of financial results & key performance indicators, constantly improving quality & efficiencyAssist with execution of various business analyses and drive cross-functional initiatives with divisional finance teams to collect and summarize key information and data for consolidated reportingPerform monthly and ad-hoc analyses for profit and operating costs in comparison to budget and forecastsWork cross-functionally with divisional finance leads and utilize understanding of underlying business drivers to continuously enhance reporting and improve accuracyEffectively communicate and present financial matters to key stakeholders and leadersImprove and maintain financial reporting systems and capabilities, enhancing data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and visibility to support timely, informed business decisionsLeverage AI and data analytics to automate processes, analyze large and complex data sets, identify trends and opportunities, and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making Manage and analyze company’s Corporate SG&A areasContribute to budget process by challenging assumptions to ensure validity and proactively seek out opportunities for streamlining efficiencies and cost savingsAssist with monthly close process as required (reclasses, accruals, prepaid account reconciliation) ensuring entries are properly recorded by Corporate Accounting)Reconcile variances of monthly actuals between Latest Estimate, Budget, and Prior YearOur Best Fit Candidate Would HaveQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field4-7 years of overall experience within FP&A, consulting or investment bankingAdvance proficiency with Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, V-lookups, logic formulas, shortcuts, Power Query/Power BI) and PowerPointExperience with business intelligence/database tools (SAP/BPC and Anaplan a plus)Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools, including ClaudeAbility to work with and derive business decisions from large data setsRetail / Consumer industry experience is a plusAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with strong interpersonal and teamwork skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills·Salary Range: $110,000 – $135,000At Centric Brands, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we seek to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure that we are able to attract and retain the best talent.
