Overview Are you ready to make a difference in the world of insurance? As an Underwriter specializing in Property and Casualty Insurance, you'll play a pivotal role in evaluating risks and ensuring tailored insurance solutions for our clients. This is your chance to join a collaborative team that values precision, strategic thinking, and impactful decision-making. How you'll make an impact In this role, You'll assess individual insurance applications to determine whether to accept, modify, or decline risks. You'll evaluate factors such as property value, location, usage, and safety features to make informed decisions. By working closely with field teams, you'll gather critical information to support and defend your underwriting choices. While this position does not include production goals, you'll provide essential support to senior underwriters in managing accounts and delivering exceptional service. About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office. Behaviors: Detail oriented; strong analytical skills and good communication and interpersonal skills
