Utilizing cutting-edge AI technology and marketing tools, you will receive leads and inquiries, guide clients through their mortgage needs, and deliver essential information. Your role involves building and nurturing strong relationships, analyzing financial scenarios, and offering tailored solutions in a high-call-volume, fast-paced environment. While we provide leads and Realtor connections, we also encourage proactive efforts to grow your client base through exceptional service. Additionally, you'll be expected to attend open houses on weekends, with one weekend off per month. Manage a significant number of inbound and outbound calls from clients across the country. Time Management: Demonstrate exceptional time management skills (minimum 8/10 proficiency required—you will be tested). Offer clear, precise details on mortgage products and services. Mortgage Guidance: Assist clients with their mortgage inquiries, providing tailored solutions and options. CRM Proficiency: Utilize advanced CRM tools to maintain client records and follow up on leads efficiently. Prove your technical proficiency in tools such as Slack, Arrive, HubSpot, Outlook, Birdeye, Box, and others (testing will be conducted). Customer Service Excellence: Actively contribute to business growth through outstanding customer service. Loan Structuring: Engage with clients to identify suitable mortgage products, lock loans at the point of sale, and submit preliminary paperless loan packages. Loan Types Expertise: Efficiently manage Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and other loan types (you will be tested). Minimum two years of sales experience and at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or related experience. For newly licensed applicants, a minimum of five years of sales experience is required with a willingness to undergo a month of training. Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills. Experience in a call center or customer service role (mortgage or finance experience is a plus). Ability to build rapport with customers and provide a positive client experience. A basic understanding of mortgage terms and products is an advantage. Initial phone conversation with our Recruiter. Testing* Zoom interview with a Team Leader and Administrative Staff. Testing* TRAINING: ~ Mandatory two-week training period for all new hires. Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Open Houses Must Attend 3 out of 4 weekends) Closed on Sundays and Holidays.
