Role & Responsibilities The Program Director will have full responsibility, authority, and accountability for the operation of the fellowship program. Key responsibilities include: Leading curriculum development and implementation Ensuring ongoing compliance with ACGME accreditation standards Mentoring fellows in clinical practice, research, and professional development Collaborating with faculty and institutional leadership across departments and specialties Maintaining a meaningful clinical practice in Geriatrics to ensure educational relevance and high‑quality patient care The Program Director will dedicate 20% of their professional effort to administrative and educational responsibilities, with institutional support for this time.
