Sales Engineer

Job Description The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting Philips Air Conditioning products and services. This role involves market research, strategic planning, and coordination with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Market Development – Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial markets. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
2. Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and partners. Conduct client visits, product presentations, and business negotiations. Provide after‑sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Proposal & Contract Management – Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company policies and profitability goals. Work closely with the technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.

5. Reporting & Analysis – Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts. Submit regular performance reports to management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related course. Licensed or non‑licensed individuals may apply, depending on qualifications. At least 2 years of sales or business development experience (aircon/HVAC background is an advantage). Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
