Front Desk Coordinator

Overview MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ROTATING WEEKENDS!!! Saturdays and future Sundays!! We are seeking a polished, energetic, and sales-driven Client Coordinator to be the face of our Med Spa. We own several MedSpas within the US. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment, has a passion for aesthetics, and excels at both customer service and sales. Position Summary The Client Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional front desk experience while driving revenue through service and product sales. This role manages daily client interactions, scheduling, and administrative tasks, while building strong relationships and ensuring every client feels welcomed, valued, and confident in their treatment plan. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in/out clients with a warm, professional demeanor Manage scheduling, appointments, and provider calendars efficiently Educate clients on services, packages, memberships, and skincare products Drive sales through consultations, upselling, and rebooking Handle client inquiries via phone, text, and email promptly and professionally Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions Support daily operations including opening/closing duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby Collaborate with providers and leadership to ensure a seamless client experience Qualifications 1–3+ years of experience in a client-facing role (med spa, retail, hospitality, or wellness preferred) Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and closing sales Proficient with computers, scheduling systems, and CRM platforms Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills (phone, text, email, and in-person) Positive, team-oriented attitude with a polished and professional appearance Passion for aesthetics, beauty, and wellness Competitive hourly pay + bonus opportunities Employee discounts on treatments and products Ongoing training and development Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding Med Spa On-site role in a Med Spa setting Must be available for evenings, weekends and some holidays, and peak business hours If you’re a motivated, service-driven professional who loves connecting with clients and driving results, we’d love to meet you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
