Material Handler - 1st Shift

Material HandlerThe Material Handler is the primary person responsible for transferring inventory between SENS warehouse locations. SENS goal is to maintain approximately one to two weeks of parts in the factory warehouse, and extra stock at our backup warehouse. The material handler works with the production department to identify needed transfers. They create transfer transactions in the SyteLine ERP system, physically load, and unload parts between warehouses, and restock the factory warehouse.ResponsibilitiesIdentify needed parts to transfer between warehouses (via Syteline system and production feedback).Locate needed parts in warehouse.Safely move parts using Pallet Jack or Stand-Up Forklift onto box truck.Unload truck and restock primary factory warehouse locations.Accurately update Syteline ERP system with receipts, transfers, and other information as needed.Act as backup Receiver to receive incoming components.Inspect physical goods for accuracy against the packing list, identify damage, complete receiving in the ERP system, and shelf the parts.Assembly of electrical and mechanical components as required.Know and follow safety policies.Maintain clean and organized areas.Clearly communicate with Production, Shipping/Receiving, and Operations any parts problems.Required Qualifications2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, and/or material handling.High school diploma or equivalent.Clean Motor Vehicle Record.Ability to speak, read, and understand English as needed to perform the duties of the job.Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accuracy and attention to detail, and take initiative.Customer-focused team player with a commitment to delivering excellent service.Ability to drive 26ft Diesel box truck.Preferred QualificationsExperience with inventory control and computer-based inventory systems.Base Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $22.50 an hour.Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.Location: Longmont, COOnsite PerksFree gym with 24/7 accessFree Electric Vehicle chargingBreakfast and Lunch CaféAfter hours Grab & Go snacksBasketball courtWalking pathsBenefitsPaid Time OffPaid holidaysMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceShort-term and long-term disabilityLife insurance401(k) plan with immediate vestingEmployee referral programAt SENS, our culture is rooted in a set of core values that reflect who we are and how we work.
