Radiology Technologist II

Overview Sentara Careplex Hospital in Hampton, VA is hiring a Radiology Technologist for a full‑time day shift. 10K sign‑on bonus available for qualified candidates. Hours Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 8 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. (three 12‑hour shifts per week) Responsibilities Conducts general diagnostic radiological imaging studies of patients within the scope of demonstrated competency under the direction of a qualified physician, including positioning patients for correct anatomy/pathology, operating radiation‑producing equipment, using electronic radiology systems, preparing patient rooms/equipment/medications, maintaining adequate supply inventory, explaining examinations and procedures to patients, and completing departmental documentation.
