Location: A hybrid work schedule based out of the Knoxville, TN office with three days in the office and two days working remotely. What You’ll Do Investigate, evaluate, and proactively manage workers compensation claims from start to finish. Negotiate settlements and drive claims toward successful resolution. Build strong relationships with injured workers, employers, medical providers, and attorneys. Make thoughtful, timely decisions while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Contribute to a collaborative team focused on excellence and continuous improvement. What You Bring Experience in workers compensation claims or a related insurance, claims, or risk management role is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Critical thinking and the confidence to make sound, independent decisions. Effective negotiation skills and a solutions-focused mindset. A genuine desire to learn, grow, and expand your insurance industry expertise.
