Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,259-2,419 per week Guaranteed hours: 0.0 Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 am-7:00 pm Location: coastal Oregon hospital setting (Med/Surg) Start date: 09/08/2026 Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care to medical-surgical patients, including monitoring, assessment, and timely escalation of changes in condition Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per physician orders and facility policy Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust individualized care plans; participate in daily rounds and discharge planning Document accurately and promptly in the Epic EMR; ensure compliance with charting standards and patient privacy Support geriatric patients with age-appropriate care, safety, mobility, and education to promote recovery and prevent complications Provide patient and family education, coordinate referrals, and ensure a smooth transition from hospital to home or other care settings Requirements Active Oregon RN license BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association) Minimum 2 years of recent Acute Care/Med-Surg experience; current travel experience preferred Proficient with Epic EMR Ortho experience strongly preferred Ability to work effectively in a hospital-level setting and contribute to a team-focused Med/Surg environment Benefits and Support Dedicated recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment Credentialing and onboarding coordination to meet required timelines 24/7 access to assignment support and resources Orientation resources and EMR/clinical workflow familiarization Compliance assistance to ensure completion well before start date PAY DISCLAIMER Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
