Liverpool John Moores University is seeking a proactive, partnership-focused Alumni Communities Facilitator to join our award‑winning Student Futures team. Student Futures is LJMU’s Careers, Employability and Start‑Up team, providing services & opportunities to students & graduates that help them build confidence & skills, secure great onward destinations and successfully navigate early stages of their career. As a strategic partner, we work collaboratively with academic teams, employers and external partners, transforming potential into success. The Alumni Communities Facilitator is an exciting new role focused on establishing and sustaining dynamic professional communities, online and in‑person, that provide ongoing connection and value to LJMU alumni and support the professional development, post‑study transition and career progression of LJMU students. In collaboration with colleagues across the university, the Alumni Communities Facilitator will plan and deliver a programme of networking, social and insight events that bring together LJMU students, alumni and colleagues, from celebration events during graduation weeks to forums for sharing experiences, ideas and opportunities.
