Plant Controller
My client is a global manufacturing company located near Glenwood, Illinois. As the organization continues to expand across its footprint, they are seeking a Plant Controller to support one of their key sites. In this highly visible, high-impact role, you will serve as a true finance business partner to plant leadership. You will be responsible for driving cost performance, improving inventory accuracy, and delivering financial insights that directly influence operational decision-making. This position plays a critical role in providing financial clarity, supporting strategic decisions, and helping the plant achieve strong performance.

The successful applicant will have:
- Experience working in manufacturing or operational finance environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional and operational leadership teams
