Volunteer with YourPassion1st: Onboarding Specialist ✨ Role Snapshot Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding efforts for YourPassion1st. You'll manage the entire employee lifecycle from attracting top talent to ensuring smooth integration. This role builds a strong, mission-driven culture and sets new team members up for success. What You'll Do Recruit and source talent through job boards, networking, and community partnerships Create compelling job descriptions and manage the entire hiring process from application to offer Conduct interviews and lead hiring decisions with the leadership team Design and execute onboarding programs that integrate new hires into our mission and culture Develop and maintain onboarding materials, checklists, and documentation Track employee satisfaction, retention metrics, and gather feedback to improve our hiring and onboarding process Manage payroll, benefits, and HR operations in coordination with leadership Build and maintain relationships with candidates and new team members Why It Matters Your work directly shapes our team's quality and culture.
