Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming North Palm Beach is looking for a dedicated and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team!  The ideal candidate is dependable, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills, strong phone etiquette, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with a smile. Microsoft proficiency, POS experience, and upselling skills are required. Part Time position may turn into Full Time in the Fall with the right candidate

Position Details:
• $14–$15/hour
•20–25 hours per week
• Weekend availability required
• No evening or overnight shifts

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and their dogs enthusiastically and assist with products and services
• Answer phones and schedule grooming appointments using our POS system
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and showroom-ready retail space
• Assist with social media posting, monitoring, and engagement

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• POS system and cash handling experience preferred
• Basic math and computer skills required
