Senior Finance Analyst

The Senior Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging finance and operations, with a strong focus on cost accounting and operational performance.

• Own and deliver detailed cost analysis across materials, labour, and overheads
• Partner closely with Operations and Supply Chain to drive efficiency and performance improvements
• Lead variance analysis, including production, yield, and inventory performance
• Support month-end close processes, including inventory and cost of goods sold reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities
• Play a key role in audit processes (internal and external) and inventory controls
• Act as a change agent on systems and process improvements, including ERP transformation projects

For the Senior Finance Analyst role we are seeking:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5+ years of progressive finance experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong cost accounting experience, ideally within process manufacturing
• Experience using ERP systems SAP is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate into actionable insights
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with Operations teams
• Proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to drive improvements and influence change
