Senior Finance Analyst
The Senior Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging finance and operations, with a strong focus on cost accounting and operational performance.
- Own and deliver detailed cost analysis across materials, labour, and overheads
- Partner closely with Operations and Supply Chain to drive efficiency and performance improvements
- Lead variance analysis, including production, yield, and inventory performance
- Support month-end close processes, including inventory and cost of goods sold reporting
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities
- Play a key role in audit processes (internal and external) and inventory controls
- Act as a change agent on systems and process improvements, including ERP transformation projects

For the Senior Finance Analyst role we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5+ years of progressive finance experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong cost accounting experience, ideally within process manufacturing
- Experience using ERP systems SAP is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with Operations teams
- Proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to drive improvements and influence change
