Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) - Night ShiftThis is a 13-week contract position.Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) with options of 36 or 48 hours per week.We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for our Night Shift. The successful candidate will have experience in labor and delivery care, working with high-risk patients, and a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for mothers and their newborns.ResponsibilitiesAssist with high-risk deliveries and provide care during vaginal births and C-sections.Utilize electronic fetal monitoring to assess fetal heart rates and manage maternal health during labor.Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed.Perform sterile vaginal exams and maintain central lines, including CVC and PICC lines.Provide triage for obstetrical patients and ensure adherence to isolation precautions.Facilitate postpartum care and recovery for new mothers post-cesarean section.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.Current certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, and NRP (pending certifications accepted).Charge experience preferred.Experience with a charting system, specifically Community Hospital.Ability to float to like units as needed based on facility demands.Why ARMStaffing?Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and moreOnboarding Made Easy: We handle physicals, titers, and more so you can focus on careClinical Support: In-house clinical team available to assist and advocate401k Retirement Plan: Eligible after waiting period; 4% match with 5% contributionRecruiter Matching: Get paired with a recruiter based on your location and specialtyExtras: Travel reimbursement, housing allowance, meals, referral bonuses, and moreWe're not the only ones who think ARMStaffing should be your first choice.
