Lead Product Engineer - Observability

Driving innovation in AI-powered observability, the fully remote Lead Product Engineer - Observability will design and develop next-generation solutions focused on automation, intelligent insights, and self-healing systems across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Key Responsibilities Design and build agentic AI solutions for observability, enabling autonomous anomaly detection and automated remediation Develop AIOps frameworks to enhance incident response times and reduce operational noise Architect end-to-end observability solutions, integrating AI/ML capabilities for predictive insights and intelligent alerting Required Qualifications 5+ years of engineering experience in software, platforms, or automation solutions with a focus on observability 4+ years of hands-on experience with observability platforms such as Datadog or Dynatrace 3+ years of software development experience using Java (Spring Boot), Python, Node.js, or React 2+ years of experience building agentic AI systems or AI-native applications Strong experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures
