The Business Development Manager will focus on prospecting, cold calling, networking, and developing new business opportunities across the territory. You'll be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships with decision-makers, and introducing solutions that help warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution operations run more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout Southern New Jersey
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through phone calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits
• Build relationships with warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and supply chain leaders
• Generate and qualify opportunities for equipment, technology, and operational solutions
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and solution presentations
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistent prospecting activity
• Collaborate with internal sales and operational teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Develop territory growth strategies and execute against revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, or outside sales experience
• Demonstrated success generating new business opportunities
• Strong prospecting, cold-calling, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and highly driven personality
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Experience selling products into warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments is preferred.

Salary

• $45,000-$55,000 Base Salary
• Often times, guaranteed year one salary of $80,000-$110,000
