Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A supportive school district in Illinois is now hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for multiple openings during the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to support students across several districts in a collaborative, school-based setting. Position Details:

• School Year: 2026–2027 (NSY)
• Schedule: Full-time (part-time options may be considered)

- Dixon, IL 61021
- Maple Park, IL 60151
- Kirkland, IL 60146
- Algonquin, IL 60102
- Hampshire, IL 60140
• Position Type: School-Based Contract
Responsibilities:
• Provide behavioral assessments and intervention planning
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Support IEP development and participation in meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and district teams
• Train and support school personnel on behavior strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Qualifications:
• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to support multiple school sites if needed
