Participate in patient rehabilitation programs. Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching. Effectively communicate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Delegate and supervise ancillary staff. Engage in continuous professional development. Qualifications Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification prior to first shift. Valid Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification prior to first shift (if CIRH facility). Minimum two (2) years of bedside clinical experience.
