Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management

• Help clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Offer emotional support and companionship to clients

• Maintain accurate records and reports of client care and activities
