Intellectual Property Paralegal

Our client in Washington, DC is currently looking for a Senior Intellectual Property Paralegal for a long term contract. The ideal candidate will support each stage of the PTO prosecution process, manage documents, interact with clients and prepare for and assist at legal proceedings. Job Description Prepare litigation materials, patent and trademark prosecution documents for attorney review. Create privilege logs, cite-check, and complete pre-trial preparation. Review technical papers and marketing materials for the appropriate use of intellectual property and content. Organize and schedule meetings, handle correspondences and presentations Additional duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelors’ degree in technical field (ideally Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering) 3-5 years of Intellectual Property Paralegal experience Proficient using Microsoft SharePoint, Westlaw, LexisNexis and docketing software Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Curzon Staffing
