Job Title

Registered Nurse – Operating Room (Pediatric Circulator)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 5x8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM | On-Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a circulating RN in a pediatric operating room environment
• Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care in accordance with facility protocols
• Participate in on-call rotation as part of the late call team (details discussed during interview)
• Float between like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius as needed
• Adhere to block scheduling policies — block scheduling is not guaranteed
• Comply with holiday work requirements if holidays fall within the assignment period

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a compact RN license in compliance with NLC guidelines — required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience with at least one prior travel assignment, or 3 years of OR experience without travel
• Pediatric OR experience required
• BSN required for this position
• Must have completed at least one prior travel assignment
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible — strictly enforced

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of OR experience
• EPIC electronic health records experience
• Experience working in a pediatric surgical or specialty care environment
