About Lorenz Clinic We’re a psychologist‑led system built to prioritize deep clinical thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration, and reflective practice. Governance, supervision, and training models are shaped by practicing psychologists—no non‑clinical administrators. Position Overview Psychotherapists at Lorenz deliver assessment and intervention to clients of all types. Clinicians work within their own areas of competence, specialty, or expertise. Our clinics are embedded on Main Street in communities with traditionally stark access disparities. Client census is 43% Medicaid, sliding fee schedule to zero, no‑show rate under 10%. Key Responsibilities Provide psychological services including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning. Participate in regular case consultation, Grand Rounds, team meetings, and other meetings as required. Maintain confidentiality and comply with professional standards. Requirements A doctoral degree in psychology from an APA‑accredited academic program. Full, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Minnesota (or license‑eligible). At least 2 years of clinical supervision experience (preferred). Formal training in child or family therapy (preferred). Competence within relational psychotherapy models strongly preferred. Psychotherapy focus: $106,000 – $125,000; Primarily assessment: $110,000 – $140,000. Full‑time, salaried, exempt, benefits‑eligible, W2 role.
