Jerry Seiner South Jordan Kia | South Jordan, UT Full-Time | $18-$23 per Hour | Experienced Candidates Start at $23+ Join a Dealership That Values Your Experience Jerry Seiner South Jordan Kia is looking for an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our Service Office team. If you have previous dealership warranty administration experience and understand manufacturer warranty processes, we'd love to talk with you. Qualified candidates with automotive warranty experience can expect a starting wage of $23+ per hour , based on experience and qualifications. We're also open to candidates with strong dealership administrative experience who are ready to grow into a Warranty Administrator role. As our Warranty Administrator, you'll be responsible for ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately, repair orders are properly documented, and manufacturer requirements are met. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will directly contribute to the success of our Service Department. Compensation $18-$23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Experienced Automotive Warranty Administrators start at $23+ per hour. Final compensation is based on dealership experience, warranty knowledge, and overall qualifications. What You'll Do Process, submit, and monitor manufacturer warranty claims. Review repair orders for accuracy and required documentation. Ensure claims comply with manufacturer policies and procedures. Resolve rejected, unpaid, or returned warranty claims. Invoice repair orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain organized warranty files and supporting documentation. Communicate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and Management to resolve claim issues. Assist with cashiering and other service office responsibilities as needed. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Support the Service Department with additional administrative tasks. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as an Automotive Warranty Administrator in a dealership environment. Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty claim submission and processing. Experience working with dealership management systems (CDK experience is a plus). Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
