Receptionist

Knowlton Technologies -- Receptionist Position Starting late October for about 6-8 weeks. Full-time, temporary $19.00 per hour Work hours: 8am - 5pm Primary Duties Monitor and grant access to the facility through security gates and entrances. Prepare required reports, correspondence, memos and notices. Accept security background disclosure forms and information and applications when applicable on behalf of HR Department. Prepare visitor tracking spreadsheet daily and distribute to HSES and HR Monthly. Assist with HR related tasks. Ensure confidentiality of all job duties and information the employee may be exposed to. Answer and route all phone calls for the mill. Take all messages for administrative personnel when necessary, with exception of the Site Manager, unless the Executive Assistant is unavailable. Welcome and route all visitors to the mill. Perform check-in duties, show safety video, and obtain safety acknowledgement from all visitors. Sort and distribute all incoming mail. Assist departments with mailings. Process all outgoing mail and maintain Postage machine. Receive, distribute and fax documents periodically during the day. Assist Other Departments As Required Team Skills: Individuals must be able to work productively within a team environment.
