Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities Equipment Operation: Safely utilize reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and cherry pickers to manage high-bay racking and narrow-aisle picking. Systems Management: Utilize SAP, CargoWrite, or C2C WMS to track movement, perform adjustments, and ensure real-time data integrity. Inventory Control: Lead cycle counting initiatives, reconcile physical stock with system records using Microsoft Excel, and manage inbound/outbound documentation. 3PL Coordination: Communicate professionally with clients and carriers via Outlook. Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in receiving or shipping processes and suggest improvements to warehouse layouts. Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment inspection requirements at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel & Outlook) and experience with Enterprise WMS (SAP/CargoWrite preferred). Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a 3PL environment. Equipment Certification: Experience operating Reach Trucks, Sitdown Forklift and Order Pickers (Cherry Pickers). Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to manage complex inventory sets with a low margin of error.
