Benchmark at Rye is looking for compassionate LNAs/PCAs/Experienced Caregivers to join our team! $20-21.25/HR 2nd shift and 3rd shifts No licensure required. Experienced Caregivers will be provided the PCA Course! Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. CNA Duties & Responsibilities Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff. Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support. Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care. Other duties as needed.
