Transactional Attorney

Benefits 100% employer-paid medical coverage after 90 days Position Overvie wWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Attorney with a strong background in Transactional Law, Trust & Estates, and Corporate matters. Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred. This role will support clients and internal stakeholders with contract drafting and negotiation, estate planning, corporate governance, risk management, and business transactions The ideal candidate is business-minded, proactive, and capable of managing multiple legal matters in a fast-paced environment while providing practical legal guidance. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and transactional documents Advise on corporate structure, governance, compliance, and entity formatting Prepare and review estate planning documents including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related instruments Support mergers, acquisitions, business transactions, and corporate restructuring matters Provide legal guidance related to construction contracts, subcontractor agreements, vendor agreements, and risk mitigation strategies Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations Collaborate with executives, clients, and outside counsel on strategic legal initiatives Identify and minimize legal exposure across transactional and operational matters Maintain accurate legal documentation and records Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active Bar license in good standing 3+ years of experience in transactional law, corporate law, and/or trust & estates Construction industry experience strongly preferred Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively High level of professionalism and discretion Preferred Experience Construction law and contract administration Business succession planning Real estate and development transactions Corporate compliance and governance Competitive salary: $100,000 – $120,000 based on experience 100% employer-paid medical insurance after 90 days Paid time off and holidaysProfessional growth opportunities Collaborative and dynamic work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr L2R Consulting
