- Employing radiographic and CT techniques to gather high-resolution diagnostic images for physician interpretation.
- Collaborating with radiologists and your fellow care team members to ensure precise diagnoses.
- Carefully positioning patients and fine-tuning equipment for excellent imaging outcomes.
- Upholding radiation safety protocols for both patients and colleagues.
- Keeping accurate records including imaging logs and routine equipment checks.
- Delivering compassionate care throughout the entire imaging experience.
- Contributing to a safe, organized, and productive imaging workspace.
- Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous.
- Completion of an accredited radiology program.
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiographic technologies).
- Active BLS certification or ability to secure within a 90-day timeframe post-hire.
- Deep understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety standards.
- Superior communication abilities with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
- Efficient in a fast-paced environment, swiftly adapting to evolving needs.
- A meticulous attention to detail coupled with strong accountability.
- Comfortable with technology, including PACS, RIS, and the latest imaging software.
