Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,376 per week

HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Canton, Ohio.

Job Description & Requirements

Position: RN – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry
Shift: Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience .
• Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in the Med Surg/Telemetry specialty.
• Active Ohio RN License or Compact (Multistate) RN License required at the time of submission .
• Current AHA BLS certification required.
• Current AHA ACLS certification required.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required prior to the start date.
• Epic EMR experience is required.
• One recent professional reference from a Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM), Supervisor, or Director in the applicable specialty is required for submission.

Additional Requirements

• Must successfully pass the ECG Rhythm Recognition Test during orientation.
• Must successfully pass the SafeMedicate Assessment during orientation.
• Traveler must be available to work at least every other holiday .
• All requirements listed above are mandatory. No exceptions will be considered.
