We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join our Distribution Technology Team at TCW. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving Marketing and Global Sales productivity by providing in-depth analysis, insights, and support for our initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of the asset management industry, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. Primary responsibilities of the Senior Business Analyst include requirements gathering and analysis, oversee configuration, testing and deployment, and post‑production support. Essential Duties Marketing and Sales Analysis Conduct comprehensive analysis of marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing and sales strategies. Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and develop tools, resources, and training programs to enhance their effectiveness. Project Management Lead and manage marketing and sales enablement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, IT, and compliance teams, to ensure seamless execution of projects. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Data Management and Integration Work closely with data teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing and sales data. Oversee the integration of data from various sources, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and third‑party data providers. Conduct data quality checks and implement processes to maintain data hygiene. Stakeholder Collaboration Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, marketing, sales, and product teams. Facilitate regular meetings and presentations to communicate findings, updates, and recommendations. Act as a liaison between business units to ensure alignment and collaboration on marketing and sales initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of four years of experience in business analysis, marketing, sales enablement, or a related role within the asset management or financial services industry. Strong understanding of the asset management industry, including knowledge of investment products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. Self‑starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Estimated Compensation Base Salary: For NY based position, the base salary range is $160k to $180k. This is an anticipated range only. Other Compensation: Eligible to be considered for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits: Eligible for TCW's comprehensive benefits package. This role requires candidates to work from a TCW office a minimum of four days a week.
