Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Adult Services Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 12 Hours Hours per Shift: 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM Experience: 1 year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years License: Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided Certifications: Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Must-Have: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. The candidate must have 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience. The applicant must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. A valid Registered Nurse License in the state of practice is required. Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications are mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred. Two years of recent ICU nursing experience is also preferred. The NIH Stroke Scale Certificate and CCRN certification are preferred. Experience with dialysis, SLED, or an equivalent modality is a plus. This role involves providing high-quality and compassionate care to critically ill patients. The candidate must possess strong critical thinking and clinical skills. Effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team are essential for this role.
