Registered NurseFutures Recovery Healthcare is a state-licensed, Joint Commission accredited behavioral healthcare provider located in Tequesta, Florida of Palm Beach County. Our medical, clinical, behavioral health technicians, admissions, outreach, executive, culinary, alumni, and intake teams all work together to meet a patient where they are and allow them to heal and recover in a safe and nurturing environment, which is essential for whole healing and life-long mental wellness.Futures has an immediate need for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with experience in addictions (including detox), and eating disorders.Duties and Competencies:Work cooperatively with residents, families and stakeholders assistance with their healthcare needs.Assess and determine the individual needs of residents upon admission and during monitoring.Communicate the medical needs of residents to the Director of NursingAdminister prescribed medication.Provide assistance to Director of Utilization Review in communicating pertinent nursing information.Oversee resident medical records and ensure that all nursing documentation is accurate and truly reflects the resident's medical condition.Participate in treatment team meetings to assist in planning and revising goals and objectives.Assist the Director of Operations in maintaining the overall Health and Safety of residents, staff and employees of Futures.Actively participate in all Risk Management and Performance Improvement activities and meetings.Assist with communicating Critical Incident Reports to the Director of Operations.Ensure that delivery of nursing services meets and complies with Florida State licensing requirements and CARF standards.Other duties as assignedQualifications:Florida R.N. license required.
