Demand Generation Manager

We're seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to build and execute scalable B2B demand generation programs for a growing technology organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketer who enjoys owning both strategy and execution and wants to directly impact pipeline growth, conversion, and revenue. What You'll Do As the Demand Generation Manager, you'll own integrated demand generation initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels. You'll partner closely with Sales to develop campaigns, improve funnel performance, strengthen lead management processes, and generate qualified opportunities. Responsibilities Own demand generation strategy and campaign planning across multiple channels Develop and execute integrated campaigns across paid digital, email, content, webinars, nurture programs, and account-based marketing (ABM) Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads Develop lead nurture and lifecycle programs designed to improve engagement and funnel conversion Partner with Sales to establish and refine lead scoring, qualification criteria, and marketing-to-sales handoffs Build and manage ABM programs targeting strategic accounts Manage demand generation budgets and marketing technology platforms Own campaign reporting, attribution, funnel performance, and channel ROI Track key metrics including qualified pipeline, conversion rates, cost per lead, cost per opportunity, and pipeline velocity Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve overall demand generation performance Required Qualifications 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience Proven experience building and executing programs that generate qualified sales pipeline Hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms Strong HubSpot experience, including nurture programs, lead scoring, and reporting Experience with content syndication and/or account-based marketing programs Strong understanding of B2B funnel metrics, attribution, conversion rates, and marketing ROI Ability to analyze campaign performance and use data to guide investment and optimization decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience partnering closely with Sales and revenue-focused teams Preferred Experience SaaS, fintech, HR technology, payroll, benefits, or related B2B technology environments Experience marketing to HR, payroll, benefits, operations, or similar enterprise buyers Experience supporting demand generation within an early-stage or growth-stage organization Familiarity with intent data and sales intelligence platforms Experience marketing to large, multi-location organizations We're Looking For A hands-on, analytical B2B marketer who can balance strategy with execution.
