IT Help Desk Technician II: Windows, Networking & Support

Western Partitions

Western Partitions, Inc. is seeking a Helpdesk Technician II to provide hardware, software, and networking support. You will be the first point of contact for staff, handling tickets via phone, email, chat, and in person, and work to resolve issues promptly while maintaining documentation and inventory. The role requires an Associates degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience), with certifications such as A+, N+, MCP encouraged. #J-18808-Ljbffr Western Partitions
