Senior Accounting Advisor

Role:
This is a client facing role as a lead, where you will be the primary bridge between financial strategy and business execution. We are seeking a versatile "financial athlete" who values high-integrity work, has a competitive and team mindset but someone that is also great at relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to provide financial advisory support and help improve business performance.
• Develop and analyze financial models, forecasts, budgets, KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Support outsourced accounting functions, including month-end close, financial reporting, and accounting process improvements.
• Assist clients with cash flow forecasting, profitability analysis, and other strategic financial initiatives.
• Evaluate accounting processes and internal controls while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Research and provide guidance on technical accounting matters.
• Support business transitions, ownership changes, and other financial planning initiatives.
• Lead client engagements while managing timelines, deliverables, and relationships.
• Mentor and support junior team members through coaching, training, and professional development.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to ongoing business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years in a blend of public accounting and financial planning roles.
• Prior experience in a client-facing or professional services environment.
• Master's, MBA or CPA certification are highly preferred by not required

Compensation :
A competitive compensation package will be available for this position including a base salary, annual bonus upwards of 20-30%, as well as a GREAT medical, dental, vision, wellness, a GREAT 401K, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, floating holidays, etc.

Working Situation :
This will be an in office position with some flexibility.
